My sister consistently shops at Love's, so I thought it would be a great idea to send her a gift card for her birthday (I reside in Pennsylvania). I called over a week ago and spoke with a nice guy who took all of my information and said he would get the gift card in the mail. Just today, I received a phone call from a manager, who had been on vacation last week, telling me that it's no longer Love's policy to mail gift cards. Recommendedwe are a family with food restrictions due to autoimmune diseases. they are always happy to help and have superb quality foods. we buy all of our meats and veggies here. absolutely love LOVE.
Awesome customer service. The cashier during my visit was so nice and friendly. She had a beautiful smile and good energy. When we told her it was our first time there she seemed genuinely happy to have us and encouraged us back. We will definitely be back!
