Great food, good service, good management, good time – When we first were seated, the waitress asked if my wife wanted a margarita or beer or something. She declined because she didn’t feel like indulging. She also happens to be pregnant with twins, but that wasn’t why she demurred. The waitress came back later and told us that her cow-orkers were ribbing her about offering alcohol to the pregnant lady. RUN - Don't Walk - AWAY! – When we *finally* got a waiter, I ordered the Bevo Bites (steak and vegetable shishkabob thingy). When the Bevo Bites *finally* arrived, I was horrified after a few bites to find a giant, dead "waterbug" cockroach underneath one of the shishkabobs. horrible experience - unprofessional manager – My girlfriend and I went to L&W on a slow rainy Sunday night for some beer/appetizers & to watch some football.... We ordered the fried dill pickles, which were horribly salty and no dill pickle flavor at all, just salty batter. Then we got the veggie fondue, which was served flaming at tableside (impressive). Delicious Game and Great Live Music! – I'll be honest that I had never heard of this place, but a friend of ours suggested it because it was one of his favorite spots to frequent, so we all went. BAD FOOD ONLY EXCEEDED BY WORSE SERVICE...CUTESY BUT LOUSEY – THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN THE DRY RIBS WAS THE LUMPS OF FISH-LIKE STUFF SOLD AS CATFISH....NO, WAIT..THE SERVICE BEAT BOTH OF THEM.. A $50 DINNER FOR TWO..NEVER AGAIN..

Was Great! – My Family took me out here for my b-day! It was so fun! We had such a good waiter, he was so paitient with us, even tho we took so long. The Food is wonderful, It is Texas PROUD! best food you'll ever eat! Each person will tab out about $20 with drink, meal and dessert! The service was Fast, well done. Everyone seem to help eachother. Luv and War – If you like paying high price for average food, then it is a good place to go. If you like to drink beer or like food cooked in beer, then it is your place to go. The music is good and the inside is OK but not anything brag about.

Bring 'em on out to Love and War, get yourself a dinner platter of CFS (Chicken Fried Steak), garlic mashed potatoes, and who cares what else comes with it.
