Relaxed but energized I recommend going to Lisa at Love Thyself Day Spa for your wellness therapy. I went there for my first colonic. I was nervous at first but we had to attend an orientation before our colonic. The orientation answered my questions regarding colon therapy and alleviated my anxiety. Felt Great I felt like the massage put a few more years on my life. I would come home after work and have my children walk on my back, I have not had the need to do that yet.
