Very knowledgeable This is a spa for those who are serious about their health, as is evident when you first arrive and notice their holistic retail products, wellnes books, etc. At my first visit I had a fantastic massage & manicure, but the care I received went far beyond this. Relaxing Love Thyself Day Spa is my place to rejuvenate! A very relaxing, nurturing place. I am always a happy, much better person when I leave, ready for the world. Scheduling is easy and convenient, even for earlybird appts. I like the holistic and unique approach that most local spas do not have. There is a feeling that the people working really care about you, your health, and they seem to love what they do. This makes all the difference in the world, which is why I am a regular customer.
Greatful After receiving a series of colonics at LTDS, my health has improved dramatically - lots more energy, mental clarity, I've lost weight, my skin has cleared up, no more constant lower back pain, headaches, nor gassy/bloaty, indigestion. and much improved bowel movements. I am so glad that I had the courage to try this procedure and am very grateful for all the assistance that I've received at this place so far.
Great massage Great massages at LTDS! I've had several there and no matter which therapist I get, male or female, they all have nice "expert" hands that make my muscles melt into the soft warm table. I feel special because they always take their time with me, going over and beyond to give me a great experience!
Enjoyed my treatment I recently had a bachelorette spa party at Love Thyself Spa. It was the perfect environment - cozy, intimate, beautiful & tranquil. really great people My co-worker and I went after work to have the Ion Cleanse Detox Foot Bath at this very beautiful & relaxing spa. The two ladies helping us were very knowledgeable and informative about this treatment and gave us many more valuable tips on how we can further cleanse our bodies and be healthy. Cleansing Colonics Love Thyself is beautiful within, exceptionally clean, pristine, and calming. A nutritionist for several years but new to Dallas, I found Love Thyself when looking for a new colon hydrotherapist I could trust my body with. With every colonic I feel refreshed, light, and energized. It is a highly effective and cleansing experience.
deasey I would highly recomend a colonic from Lisa. She is very knowlegable and thoughtfull. I was amazed at how much better I felt after. This prceedure is easy. Lisa really does a fantastic job of making her client comfortable. I will absolutely come back to her on a regular basis.
Relaxed but energized I recommend going to Lisa at Love Thyself Day Spa for your wellness therapy. I went there for my first colonic. I was nervous at first but we had to attend an orientation before our colonic. The orientation answered my questions regarding colon therapy and alleviated my anxiety. Lisa guided me through the session while she also shared some wellness tips to maintain and improve my health.
