We used the self-service tub for our Shinobi up until a few months before he passed away last year. I think the self-service tub is a unique concept. It worked very well for us and was much easier since the tub is elevated eliminating the need to be kneeling during the entire bath. The staff there have always been courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend them for any dog grooming needs.

They do a great job with our little angel! They are really concerned about her level of anxiety over the hair care experience. ❤️ when we came to pick her up today, they were just sitting and holding her because she was nervous! we love that !
Found a poor matted up baby on the side of the road and they didn't hesitate to take him in after they closed. I can't say enough about this staff/business. Sweet people too! I will definitely be bringing my furbabies back and recommend you come here if you're looking for a place to go :) AMAZING!
