I had my hardwood floors refinished after pulling up carpeting that had been down for many years. The floor was covered in paint and compressed dirt that would not come up! Love and Sons sanded the floors beautifully and the new stain matches other rooms so well! They were professional and quick and their price was well below the other estimates I got. Hardwood floor restoration is a dying trade, and it's hard to find people able and skilled at this task. Love & Sons exceeded every expectation I had in restoring the oak and pine floors in my house, built in 1924. The floors had never before been sanded or refinished, so when he sanded over them it was the first time that wood had ever been resurfaced.
