Does anyone know where the owners of Love and Shine relocated? They have several items of our jewelry and we can not get in touch with them. Any help would be appreciated.
If a 0 star was an option I would have picked that. The owner is beyond rude. He yells at his customers. He basically called me stupid when I asked a question. I told him I didn’t want to give him my business and he didn’t give me my watch back. When I told the other person working i did not want to deal with him he yelled at me some more. I’ve made two purchase (one each the last two years). The staff were friendly and very helpful. Both times it was custom jewelry and the work was completed on time and on budget. Quality met my expectations! I plan on using the business again the next time I want some jewellery! Happy repeat customer
Very bad experience, they don’t deserve even one star. Gave them a watch to repair, they messed it up and after 1 month they returned it back totally busted Be careful, unprofessional and liars…..
Love & Shine is an amazing little jewelry shop in Dixie Mall. Own by an amazing woman, Sonia, who was extremely helpful with her customers. I took 9 watches for new batteries, and she replaced them all with 4 new wrist bands. The cost was extremely low compared to The Bay, who quoted 50% higher price! I highly recommend Live & Shine as a very good Jeweler and the support of women owned businesses 👏 thank you, Sonia, and best of luck!
