I have been in FL for over a year now and when I tell you the customer service down here is none existent, I mean it! Today we took Susie to a new groomer and I was extremely nervous because of past experiences. I just received this email thanking me for my business! Great prices, amazing service, best groomer around! I used to take my pup to pet stores exclusively but was always really anxious to leave her there. Then I found Love Pet Grooming. They take such great care of my pup, she always looks good. They have little fenced off areas for them to hang out instead of being put in a kennel. They also send a picture to your email with the finished product. Great attention to detail and very friendly staff. I love Love Pet Grooming!
I will never take my Daisy anywhere but here! The groomers are kind and loving to the dogs and best of all your babies and not locked up in some scary cage with a fan blowing at their face. The dogs are in play pens. There is a glass wall where you can see all the groomers and pets getting groomed. BONUS: Ingrid sends you an email with your babies pic looking Fabulous with their bow! ��
Today I took Lucy some where new to be groomed and I couldn't be happier! I will recommend Love Pet grooming all the time now. She was in and out in two hours. They did everything exactly the way I wanted. I also received the cutest welcome email from them with her picture attached. Such a great business, I can't wait to take her back!
There's nothing even remotely bad about this place. Very pet friendly and people friendly. I would go back over and over. I would recommend anyone to go. They are outstanding and their prices can't be beat.
