The worst place to get nails done. When you do it with Lisa your nails will break the second day. Dede is the worst at pedicure and nails she has the worst attitude and she doesn't wanna listen and wants to do the shape she wants. Dede wants to cut your nails without ur permission she goes all the way and cuts the skin hands & toes. They expect you to pay money with a bad service and won't offer to fix anything if it goes wrong. I took my sister to Love nails in El Cajon. They charged me $44 + $2.00 for card use. My sister is extremely hard of hearing. And hadn't been for months. I asked for a Regular Pedicure no gel. And asked that she cut, only cut her finger nails. They said that it cost so much because her feet were dirty. My sister said that they were very rough with a scrub brush. Regardless of her pulling back from pain. She also said that the manicurist did not remove her existing nail polish. She painted over it. I usually tip $10 to $20

I booked a nail appointment, but when I arrived, they told me they were too busy to take me. They didn’t even apologize or offer an alternative. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you can’t honor appointments, don’t offer them in the first place.
