This was my daughter’s first experience here and it was horrible. My daughter just came in for a polish change and they charged her $30 when I know for a fact they the quality of the painting was trash. The nail painted it with bubbles and didn’t seem experienced. These business gotta understand without the customers you have no business. Today I went by here and my original was guy was for the week. The guy name Tony who does nails there is very rude. I showed him some thing that my nail tech would do and how much he would charge and today the guy Tony said he doesn't know how to do it. Then turns around and say if I do that I will charge $110. I thought he didn't know how to do the design. I see why he doesn't get very much clients in his chair. Tony gets a 0/10 for my rating. Went to get a pedi and Fullmetal, price board says pedi is 32 and full set 40 but when I got there it was $10 more than posted. They guys who did my feet didn't complete the steps for a pedi then polishing skills are terrible plus went to speaking in his language complaining because I made him do his job correctly. Never again will I go bk
