I have been a regular with them for over year now and even before then when I would come home for a visit I always receive great treatment from the owner and her nail techs. This nail salon is close to shopping. They have never neen rude. If they cannot do things right away they give you an estimation. The owner s the main person who does the waxes. My gel nails have always lasted a long time compared to another shop I use near work on occasion. I thinl witj any salon, people have to feel comfortable andto have an open mind.... read more

They were extremely rude to me. The salon is clean and looks very nice but the prices are not worth the quality. The staff argued with me after I had showed them the picture I brought in and how it did not match my nails. They were rough with my hands and they did not pay attention to my concerns through out the process. I came in for a pedi/ new acrylic set/ and eyebrow wax, but after they did my hands I paid and left because of their customer service. I was itching to left asap! Horrible salon! My wife and I got manicures and pedicures. The staff was very friendly and the service was great

The staff/owners definitely should take courses in customer service. I don't know how they are still in business. I was greeted with a cold "Hello" as if I were interrupting their day, afterwards they were so quiet and unfriendly until I got the creeps and could not wait to get out of the place. The only time they spoke was to each other briefly but not in English or Spanish. I wished I had gone else where to have a relaxing pedi/mani. I really hope they improve or close their doors.
