I’ve come here about 4 times in the last 8 months and I can honestly say that for me, their customer services is amazing. I pride myself on customer service where they are attentive to me, answer my questions and engage with me as well. Anita is my gurl!! They had a promotion going on mani pedi for $40 I was going on vacation and decided to take advantage of the deal I did not book an appointment but I walked it I noticed they were busy they asked what I wanted I told them mani pedi which was the special they told me to wait which I did I actually got in the pedicure chair 25 min later which was fine after that was done I said manicure they all ignored me I came in for the special why wouldn’t I be getting that service, they continued to ignore me… my pedicure chipped the nex... read more
