The man was very friendly when we walked in & I dont like to be "that person" so normally I wouldnt say a word but I brought my dog to them Wednesday for a bath "she had got into something so she smelled pretty bad" I hadnt heard from them so I called at 4:30 to see if she was ready because I was told they closed at 5:00 so I got there right at 5:00 & on my way home I was petting & loving on her & it was like her head, neck, & all underneath hadnt been touched with soap she literally smelled rotten so I called the next morni... read more

I’m so sorry...I don’t even know what to say to this. I can’t imagine what could have happened. The first time... well everyone has a bad day, and we were having issues with our shampooing machine. But twice?? I’ll be the first to say I’m embarrassed and can’t imagine why your pup would still smell bad after a second time. I LOVE this place! My llaso alpso has been going to them since she was a little puppy, she is 11 now. She HATES being groomed, she is terrible...but they are so great with her! Today, I took her in and because of financial problems in my life she was matted..which I hate but it was because of a situation out of my hands...Chris didnt blink an eye, he took her back and they did an amazing job...even offered to help me...which meant more to me than he will ever know! Love them! They take wonderful care of all our pets! They are kind, loving, and thorough! The dogs come back looking and smelling great!
