I had been getting nails done here for quite some time and was reasonably happy. I had grown my nails out and they were strong and healthy and I wanted gel polish, which my appointment was for. The owner kept suggesting I put a another layer to protect my nails. Later, it reminded me of acrylic and when my nails grew out, they were destroyed. Weak, thin and brittle. I found Love My Nails a few months ago in a pinch, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be going to any other nail shop in WNY again. The first thing that stood out to me was how incredibly clean and organized the shop is. Everything feels well-maintained, professional, and sanitary — which, for me, is one of the most important things when choosing a nail salon. Do not come to this place. I already know the owner is going to respond in a rude manner based on reading previous responses to other reviews. I went to this place for the first time, willing to try it out. The place itself was well-maintained and clean. The employee who did my pedicure did a great job, but the experience is what ruined it for me. I asked for a French tip gel manicure. I truly enjoy spending time with Kim and Lana at LoveMyNails. I love Kim’s builder gel manicures and our conversations. She is hysterical! I feel so relaxed and recharged after my pedicures with Lana. I highly recommend them!

Best manicure I have had in a long time! Had a great product called builder gel, lasted over a month without any chipping, could not believe the quality. Kim is fantastic all the staff is friendly, and keeps you on time with the schedule.
