I at one time liked Allegro but since you hired the tyrant as Executive Director in southern Florida several families are very unhappy with the way our family members are treated. The amount of money they pay to live in your community is extensive. That is why these petty extra charges they are enduring because of this new Director are ridiculous. Not only money but the way they are spoken to. It's to the point they are afraid to say anything in fear of losing their homes.
