I have been going to Wendy's "Loves Leather Outpost" for many years and since she took it back and put it back on track it is the place to go for great service and good leather products, boots and helmets at great prices. Wendy and her staff work over time doing their best to please right down to the constant coffee, cookies and other baked goods for the taking (Thank you Wendy) ... Whoa Champ! – Special ordered Frog boots said it will take about 7 weeks, No hurry! Came in few days instead! CHAMP!!! Last fall got HD boots, the zipper broke after 3 weeks, they took care of me prompty, was going to get it fixed but was taking too long so swapped for a new pair of boots and has been good since.

Worst Neighbors in County – Play loud obnoxious music all weekend during the summer. We cannot do anything outside. No family or friends can come over for b'cue any longer. We sit in the house with the door closed, TV up and can still hear that horrible sound coming in. The police won't do anything about it. I've tried. Cannot put the grandkids down for a nap and it's Friday afternoon. They totally fail as neighbors and don't care.

new name same place awesome service – now called loves outpost have a website lovesoutpost.you know what I went in looked around had about 4 people offer to help when they could find gloves to fit they went to the back when the 3xxxl gloves didt fit right they offer to fix them right there at the shop the alterations spot is top notch and not only fixed my messed up chaps but she redyed and cleaned them all at half what it was going to cost at the lowest of 4 places i called in portland

Customer Service – When I was going to make a purchase the salesman was really nice but when I decided to not make the purchase he turned into a cranky, irritated salesman. I am wondering if salesmen work on comission there??? Not a happy customer!

horrible – first off, The employees don't know anything about what they are "trying" to sell. Ive been riding for thirty years and have been in to loves time and time before over the last fifteen years and was usually somewhat pleased. but what that have going on up there now is nothing short of a mess when its comes to service and knowledge. Great products...wonderful atmosphere – After an interim owner, now out of the business, Wendy Love, the founder, is back. While I enjoyed Love's while it was not Wendy's, I was surprised and very pleased to see her back. The atmosphere in the store, my farorite aspect of Love's, instantly returned to wonderful.
