Wow! I don't even know where to begin! From the very beginning Celeste was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on flowers types, bouquets styles, and boutonniere options. Her customer service and care is impeccable, every email (and I sent a lot haha) was answered promptly, thoroughly, and kindly. The bridal bouquet was everything I could have dreamed of and matched the bridesmaids bouquets so well, while still having its own moment. Love Knots Floral did a wonderful job with my wedding bouquet and completely exceeded my expectations!! Celeste took the inspiration photos I sent her and brought the vision to life! My experience & opinion. I was disappointed in the arrangement I ordered online. Was it the same arrangement -sure- just not near as nice . I expressed this with customer service - they felt their representation was up to standards. I did not. Lesson learned .
