This company gifted a ride through a grant for my Great Uncle. He is a retired Veteran. Going on a hot air balloon ride was on his bucket list. His wish was granted and I was the one to go with him. I'm so greatful that I was the one able to experience this with my Uncle. This will be his last big adventure as we don't have much time left with him due to health reasons. We booked a month ago. Service is good. We arrived on Feb 8 everything looked fine. Our taxi driver called to get more info for the flight that was scheduled on Feb 9th. Unfortunately, we received a text at 7:51 PM the day before the flight to inform us that the flight was cancelled and we needed to call the day after to reschedule ( cancelled because too windy, this is not their fault).
