Received a quote on cargo insurance and decided to take the insurance. They of course wanted immediate payment in which I did over the phone. I had accepted another job and wanted to cancel the policy. The policy had not even been wrote yet. It took over three weeks to get a refund and they kept 35% of my payment. They said agency fee. What a joke of a so called insurance company. Would not recommend them for anything!!!
