My family and I had two rooms booked **** online for 2/3/2024. When we pulled into the parking lot, two cars were up on blocks. I went inside their office and was met by the rudest man. I asked to see one of the rooms. I said I would not let my dogs stay in there. He said they were having some problems and asked if we would follow him to their other facility. He took us to the Silver Steet Inn in ******. This place is even worse than the one on Cloverland. This business needs to be looked at and condemned.
