A gem of an auto repair shop. I trust their recommendations. They don’t try to sell unnecessary repairs. They also tell me when the dealership’s recommendations are unwarranted. Super quick turnaround. Amazing customer service.
I had a really positive experience at Love Field Auto! The entire team was kind and professional, and Lloyd in particular did an excellent job communicating with me and clearly explaining everything. They also offer a discount for hospital employees, which is a great bonus. The shop is conveniently located right across from the DART station, making it easy to drop off your car and go to/from work, especially if you work at Parkland or UTSW. I highly recommend this shop and will continue using their services!
The only place I will go for fluids and oil changes!

I had one of the most frustrating mechanic experiences at Lovefield Auto. I called ahead and spoke with Lloyd for 15 minutes, clearly explaining the issue—my 2020 Honda HR-V was diagnosed by the dealership with a bad right strut. He quoted me over $900 for the repair but said I had to wait a full week to bring the car in. Fine—I waited. I dropped the car off promptly at 8AM.
