The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever had !! For someone that has 5 vehicles that frequents this place, I will NEVER be back and hope others use this advice. Not only were there bugs left all over my truck, they were on the windshield as well as the side windows. When told about it, not only was I told too bad, but they moved barrels around to get me out of the way instead of just running it through again. PATHETIC WASH.... EVEN MORE PATHETIC MANAGEMENT !!!

I have been through this car wash a few times and never has my car been actually bug free or clean afterwards. The guys that stands there and runs your debit card is never customer friendly and I even watched as he let his friends drive through quickly while no one was watching (he thought) without paying. They could definitely use some better customer service.

Had the car washed, noticing that the windshield was still dirty I got out and saw there were still bugs on my front end, went around and told them about it and was told they didn't care that they did not have to get them off. I asked were it was written and he said it wasn't. I asked for them to run me through again and was told they would if I payed for it. The service they supply is subpar, beware
