I am a long term customer of 20+ years. Up until now I have never had an issue. My issue with them now is their employee made a $500 mistake and I'm responsible for it now. They didn't even attempt to provide any help with the situation such as I pay half and they pay half. While attempting to resolve this issue I couldn't even talk with a manager. We had a contract and delivery issue. After years of being a customer, they showed us no consideration or respect. This is a company that cares more about making a buck than the welfare of their customers. Sickening.

My husband was unemplyed we asked Effron to not deliver oil until i could afford to pay for it when we could afford to pay they delivered the min amount 150 gals we notified them we were moving to another state and they delivered a full tank without asking now i have a full tank of oil and we moved toVA.What am i to do I dont live there anymore WE talked to them and they said we were under contract until DEC 2012 they delivered on Dec 1st 2012 They dont care about anyone They just want to rip u off
