I bought my wedding dress here and had the most amazing time! Wonderful people work there and check up on you even after you pick up your dress! I recommend to everyone to get their dress here!!!
LCA was incredible for my wedding dress experience! Everyone that worked with me was so kind and patient while I figured out what worked best for me. I had fallen in love with a dress at a different shop, but then fell in love with a LCA gown. They did not pressure me and actually encouraged me to rebook after I could go back to the other shop to see the other dress again. I came back for my perfect gown about a week later! I wish I could give this experience zero stars. Unfortunately, it was by far the most unprofessional bridal shop experience I had during my wedding dress search. First, the inventory was extremely limited. I had sent inspiration photos ahead of time showing styles I was interested in—specifically gowns with straps. When I arrived, I quickly realized that about 95% of their inventory was strapless gowns, with almost nothing resembling the inspiration photos I had provided. The woman at the Akron bridal show, shorter dark hair was the most disrespectful woman I’ve ever met. Had the audacity to give me an attitude and got hostile when I asked if there was a charge for appointments so I got an attitude right back because I absolutely will not be disrespected for asking questions. I’ll go find my dress elsewhere
Love Conquers All literally made my dream come true –MaryCatherine is so lovely and caring and it really came across that she just wants the bride to be happy – whatever that takes. I could not recommend here more strongly and am so thankful for them in making my wedding dreams possible!!
