After I booked with Springfield Braiding Co and had a less than positive experience I was able to quickly book with them at a very affordable rate. Got my hair braided for my sister’s wedding and it did just what I needed it to. I knew my hair would frizz soon as the rain came down and it did but luckily the front still looked cute so overall not bad. She did exactly what I wanted and asked me if I liked what she was doing during the braiding process. I highly recommend.
She was very nice and professional. I definitely will be using her again. Shop was clean, I didn’t have to wait for my service. All around was a great experience.
Owner is so sweet and really educates her clients on what is best based on the current hair need. Originally booked for a sew-in but she took the time to explain to me the importance of hair maintenance and left with getting a much needed trim and a silk press . I can't stop swinging my hair from side to side, my hair has so much bounce! Even though this week has been wet and rainy, I am impressed that my hair is still super soft and less frizzy !
