I had my first appointment at Love and Lace and came in knowing exactly what I wanted to try on according to their website. From the moment Ashley reached out before my appointment, I knew I was in great hands. Lex was incredible to work with. Of all the boutiques and bridal salons I went to, she was the only stylist who genuinely took the time to understand my vision. She listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel completely supported throughout the entire appointment. Thank you for helping me find my dress!!
Had an appointment with Alexa and it was truly the worst bridal appointment I’ve. The place was beautiful but I had the least welcoming customer experience I’ve ever faced. I completely understand their no browsing policy, however she was making me ‘omit’ one of the dresses I had in order to even view any other ones without seeing the options. I had the most amazing time dress shopping at love and lace. If I’m honest before I even stepped foot in their gorgeous shop I was already in love with their gorgeous dresses that felt like me and my wedding vibe . Lex made my dress shopping so seamless . She just knew exactly what to show me and she was very attentive to any details I had in regards to what I wanted.
