I had the most incredible experience at Love and Lace Bridal Salon, and I truly cannot recommend this boutique — and my stylist Ashley — highly enough! Lex was incredible to work with. Of all the boutiques and bridal salons I went to, she was the only stylist who genuinely took the time to understand my vision. She listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel completely supported throughout the entire appointment. Thank you for helping me find my dress!!
Had an appointment with Alexa and it was truly the worst bridal appointment I’ve. The place was beautiful but I had the least welcoming customer experience I’ve ever faced. I completely understand their no browsing policy, however she was making me ‘omit’ one of the dresses I had in order to even view any other ones without seeing the options. I had the most amazing time dress shopping at love and lace. If I’m honest before I even stepped foot in their gorgeous shop I was already in love with their gorgeous dresses that felt like me and my wedding vibe . Lex made my dress shopping so seamless . She just knew exactly what to show me and she was very attentive to any details I had in regards to what I wanted. I had an appointment with Lex and she was absolutely amazing!! She was incredibly patient with me and made the process so enjoyable. I felt like she instantly saw my vision and knew what I would like. Cannot recommend this place enough! So helpful, friendly and kind.
