We are grateful for Dr. Heba and Dana’s warmth, compassion and professionalism. The last thing we wanted to do was plan the end of Bugsy’s life. Yet, as we watched his quality of life continue to diminish due to severe osteoarthritis and cognitive decline, we felt the most humane thing to do was give him his wings. I would highly recommend their services. We just put our dog down suddenly in October and she made the process so personal. We really felt like we got closer with our family member. I will call her for every pet we put down moving forward. We so appreciated her compassion and kindness during such a difficult time

Compassionate, empathetic, classy, caring and professional. Words cannot describe how beautiful of an experience Dr. Heba created to help us cross Charlie "Llama" Over the Rainbow. Dr Heba created an environment from initial conversation to final good bye that far exceeded expectations. Every detail was meticulously planned out from the Hershey Kisses to the lit e-candle and name card in her car for transport. Dr. Heba brought dignity, class and comfort to us throughout this difficult time.

Dr. Heba was wonderful during an incredibly difficult time for my family and me. She was very accommodating when we needed a quick turnaround as our dog’s health declined. She was soft spoken, understanding, and calm. My precious girl was able to pass peacefully and with dignity. We didn’t feel rushed through the process, and all of our questions were answered before the procedure began.
