Dr. Heba showed us the utmost compassion during one of the most difficult moments our family has faced. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Teddy Bear, was heartbreaking, but she guided us through the process with such empathy, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to make sure Teddy Bear was comfortable and that we understood every step, allowing his transition over the rainbow bridge to be as peaceful as possible. Her gentle demeanor and genuine care made an unbearable situation a little easier to carry. We are s... read more

While losing our family dog was so painful, love and dignity made that experience as easy as possible. From the initial phone call, to the actual euthanasia we were only met with love, care, and extreme gentleness. Love and Dignity went the extra mile to try to make the moment feel so special, and specific to us. Doctor Heba was so incredibly gentle and kind, she took time to make sure our dog was comfortable with her presence before she even started. She also gave us privacy to grieve and keepsakes we will cherish for the r... read more

Yet, as we watched his quality of life continue to diminish due to severe osteoarthritis and cognitive decline, we felt the most humane thing to do was give him his wings. We highly recommend Love and Dignity. Each step of the process was clearly explained and we never felt rushed. Dr. Heba allotted plenty of time for us to be with Bugsy before and afterwards. She even held an umbre... read more

I would highly recommend their services. We just put our dog down suddenly in October and she made the process so personal. We really felt like we got closer with our family member. I will call her for every pet we put down moving forward. We so appreciated her compassion and kindness during such a difficult time
