Dr. Heba and Dana were fantastic from the moment we first called in, all the way through the process in our home. Dr. Heba was kind, thoughtful and compassionate. She made one of the more difficult moments in our life a little easier to navigate because of how prepared she was and guided us through the process with dignity, empathy and sympathy. I know our beloved Schatzie is in a better place and passed in peace.

My husband and I lived the one of the worst days of our lives today, having to say a permanent goodbye to our dog. We spent all morning looking for help to have him put to sleep in the comfort of our home since he was not capable of traveling. Dr. Heba and her team are the kindest individuals. They helped our guy Gordon pass peacefully in the comfort of our home. Dr. Heba was respectful and informative so we knew what to expect. Two weeks after we received a letter from Dr. Heba that had the most wonderful sentiments. Thank you, Dr. Heba and team for making a very hard day and time a little peaceful.
