Had an issue with our HVAC. Jason came the very next day to resolve the issue. He was on time (he would have been early if I was free). He was thorough and walked me through everything with lots of photos and patience. He even fixed a setting on my smart thermostat that I had no idea was wrong but resolved an annoying issue of the fan turning on before the heater. It was so minor I never thought to mention it and he fixed it. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Just wanted to share that my experience working with this company was phenominal. They not only beat out everyone in price but truly took their time and explained to the household how everything works. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento area. You get far more than you pay for with these guys! I had them do the furnace, the water heater, and they were kind enough to even trim a monsterous agave plant in the back yard. Can't be more greatful for these guys!

We had a wonderful experience with Love and Care! All of the people we worked with were great. To name the ones I can remember, Trevor, Joe, Mike, and Dominic. They are honest and explained everything clearly and thoroughly before we proceeded with signing the contract for our AC repair. I highly recommend them! They also have a great program where for a small fee, theyll come out and inspect your AC and heaters a few times a year, very worth the price.

Love and Care Heating and Air did a fantastic job installing my new Coleman furnace. They arrived on time, and only five hours later I had a new furnace installed and functional. The installers acted professionally at all times and cleaned up their mess when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone who needs H VAC work.
