Always have had excellent service from Love and Care. The office staff is polite and efficient every time I’ve talked with them. The technicians who come out to check the equipment are on time, polite and clean. The best part—-they know the equipment. I highly recommend Love and Care H&A to anyone. In the past, this company did a good job. Unfortunately things have changed dramatically. They improperly installed HVAC in my attic without installing the drain. As a result, I’ve had water damage and leaking in interior walls. Efforts to communicate with the company have been ignored. Well, one technician did indeed attach the pipe for the drain. I am left with damage to my home. They don’t follow up on their work and took every opportunity to cut corners and not correct their mistakes. Really sad to see these changes. And... read more
