I have known Love and Care staff for a long time. When Ken and I moved to Santa Barbara, we first lived at Valle Verde. On the recommendation of several people, we selected several Love and Care staff to assist Ken with daily needs. They also assisted me as needed. When are you going to send back our Deposit??? You need to be as quick about returning money taken from people as you are for signing people up to take their money…… Answer me this question: Why does it take over two weeks to return a deposit when the agreement/account is closed?
My experience with Love & Care was extremely positive. Among its many caregivers Jesus, Sara, Victor and Maria stood out as particularly thoughtful and I can't thank them enough.
Loving and Care caregivers are angels in disguise. They are amazingly kind and provide gentle care. We have been extremely happy with choosing them as caregivers! Victor especially was so wonderful, supportive and patient. A big thank you to Zaira and her team of professional angels!
Love and Care was highly recommended by hospital staff and available immediately when my mom was to be released after several weeks in rehabilitation for a fall, but needed part-time care to be allowed to return to her home. Zaira met with us beforehand and had a caregiver available when my mom was being discharged. Zaira is very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, supportive, and friendly.
