**BAD BUSINESS** On June 7th of 2022, Monroe Love operating as sole proprietor of Love2Build LLC and I, came to an agreed upon amount for work he would perform on a privacy fence. On June 7th, he received his first payment for service with the understanding he would begin work later in the month. He then received an additional payment shortly after the first (he reached out and stated he overspent and was in a bind) and ultimately was then paid in FULL.
