Incompetent doctor; I told him about my symptoms hoping he would have some insight however he simply said, “what should I prescribe you?” Uncaring, condescending staff as well. They give you the run around and don’t know how to submit prior authorizations without critical errors leading to denials and preventable delays. The culture of this clinic is saddening. I truly feel for his patient’s and am astonished as to how he is in practice.
Very late to appointments. Was an hour & 1/2 late to my appointment and made it seem like it was no big deal.
Don't let the office or location fool you. I've had other healthcare providers with fancy new offices in nice parts of Chicago, Scottsdale, and Manhattan. None of them have the compassionate and polite staff of La Loma Medical Group. I did not wait long, everyone was genuinely nice. Jeanette, the NP, in particular, is not only knowledgeable and helpful towards patient needs, her bedside manner is better than any provider I've had before. This will be my Doctor in the Bay Area.
