I purchased 7 LouvoLite motors for my blinds through their dealer AVA Window Fashions in Toronto. Every single motor has been stopping working one after the other. I have been contacting Ava window fashion and they had to come in and switch all motors several time for the past year and I've only had them since last year. I am so scared to open and shut my blinds because I am not sure which one of them is going to stop working next. Great place, lot of room for backing, Pickup or delivery you’ll be out within 20 minutes.
Louvolite sells some really good quality blind systems, and their available fabric selections are always being updated. We’ve been buying from them for over 15 years and their customer service has never faltered. I would acknowledge the staff by name, but everyone there does a terrific job and they are always a pleasure to speak with.
