I thought I was going to have a great experience with The Louver Shop, however I’m missing some sort of “header”. That was noticed during the installation. They were going to correct the problem, but I was leaving for the summer. I was told to contact them upon my return to Estero. After multiple attempts to contact them…NO RESPONSE !! Love my plantation shutters EXCEPT the one on the door which is nonfunctional. Please help, Elaine Wells
Great products and high quality materials used. Wonderful selection of colors and shade choices, especially roll down light filtering or black out style. Had a nice experience and they really care about their customers! Install was a breeze

They installed my shutters 9/17/2023 by Cody the measure/installer at the time and sold by melody designer at the time since that day my shutters never close right they came back 15 times still not closing right we have to lifted by the center to close them last time they show up was 3/19/2024 appt was 2-5 pm window they show at 4:49 to told me nothing they can do about it every time is a new installer/ service crew that make things worse they told me they uses a third party for measure/install Louver shop shutters they have... read more
