I attempted to make an appointment for over a week with no return phone call... once I made contact the receptionist was rude and very unprepared having to repeat myself several times...
I have been denied by them for 6 years because I don't have insurance. now I need my wisdom teeth looked at before it turns Into an emergency. but according to the receptionist if you can't afford insurance your not allowed to be a patient. even though I'm in their system as a patient. I'm sure everyone knows who I'm talking about specifically
Horrible customer service. Great dentists. Office staff very unprofessional.
