I cannot recommend this healthcare service. From the very beginning, they failed to follow through on the schedule we agreed upon. We initially set visits for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1–4 PM, but they immediately started canceling. To make things simpler, we changed to just Fridays from 1–4 PM. Even then, the problems continued. Every week, despite having a set schedule, they would call and ask if we needed someone to come. Lou and her staff are a true example of Quality Health Care in the community! I came to realize this over a span of 10 years, as her administrative staff as well as professional and conscientious CNA employees provided home health care for my elderly mother. Lou came out initially to assess my mother’s needs and once a plan of care was established based on my mother’s medical history and general state of health, a caregiver was selected and became the lead in-home caregiver.
