Lou has helped us greatly when our front windshield was cracked while driving behind a truck on the highway. We needed the car fixed asap so that I can take my daughter to a doctor's appointment out of town the day after. If it wasn't for Lou's humanity and prompt professionalism, we would not have been able to drive out of town with a big crack on our windshield and most likely we would have missed that very important doctor's appointment.
