I had two pairs of designer shoes repaired here, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They came back looking brand new — I was honestly amazed at the level of craftsmanship. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. The service was quick, professional, and done with great care. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their shoes treated with real expertise!

Amazing! Lou is a master at his craft. I brought him a vintage ring to change out the gemstone and he meticulously replaced every one of the claw prongs as they were previously unstable due to age. Not an easy feat and it was done with precision and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much! Looking forward to wearing this heirloom for many more years to come.
