Lou and his crew were fabulous! Not only when they pulled the trees off my roof after the tornado, but also when they completely removed my tree in the backyard that was severely damaged in the tornado. Everyone was friendly and professional and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any tree issues that you have.
I simply can't recommend Lou and his crew enough! When I had a tree fall on my home, taking a powerline down with out and leaving without power after a tornado, they were far and away the quickest to get out to the property. They also were the quickest to get back to me after I sent them a message about my situation! I messaged them on Tuesday morning and Lou called me that evening to go over the situation, we worked out a price, and he was there the next day to take care of it. Don't call Lou's if you are in great need for service, only call them if you can wait. While I understand they still may be busy from the recent storms, I contacted Alyssa on May 27th for a quote for a tree removal and sent photos. I followed up on 6/2 and 6/3. Alyssa said on 6/3 she would go 6/4 and check it out. I followed up again on 6/9 no reply from her so I texted Lou. Lou replied on 6/10 with a price thankfully and that they would be gone 6/11.
