Lou's guys are great to work with. I received a phone call back within a day after calling, (The only business that called me back). They got me in within a week of coming out to do an estimate. They kept in touch with me so I would know when to expect them. I knew my requests were unusual, but they honored them and did the job very well. They cleaned up everything. I did not get a bunch of quotes, but I found that they were a reasonable price. I will use them again next spring for some of my other trees.
We received a quote to have a messy large hickory nut tree removed and stump ground. I had several quotes and have to say that I was most impressed with the professionalism and communication skills with Lou. He carefully explained exactly how he would go about doing this along with what precautionary measures he would take. Very reasonably priced especially for all that he does. Couldn’t be happier with Lou’s. I got multiple quotes and they were the most affordable. We had 2 Norway Spruce that needed to come down directly behind our house. Everything went smooth and you would never guess they were even here. They worked quick and cleaned up every last bit. Thank you!
