Great mechanic who always does a great job.
I contacted Lou's on a whim needing service on my 2014 Chevy truck and a 2020 VW Tiguan as we are preparing to move to AL. Lou and the team took my VW in early and had brakes and rotors changed and ready to go in less than 2 days. They also fixed an engine issue with stalling. I took my truck in after the VW was done and they did the same. Massive amounts of work done in 5 days! The honesty and friendliness of this team are impeccable. Lou is very nice! He really tries to take care of all his customers. His staff is also very knowledgeable. He does not overcharge people either. I trust him 100 percent with my cars.
