Every time I call someone is answering what’s up? They said they would call back after the paperwork is done, no call back. I have called 3 times explaining I need to have meds and have a counselor. I just feel so unimportant. It took me several months to summon up the courage to call this place.
Great Service. Always accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend it.
Reached out to this Office about 2 weeks ago. Filled out the paperwork right away and the intake person said a therapist would be reaching out to me. No one has still reached out to me. Really disappointed because this was my first time reaching out for help and had a negative experience. Decided to go with a different therapist.
