I have been to this location numerous times since I live in Carencro, but my most recent visit was absolutely terrible. Dr. Chey Aymond made my visit like it was an inconvenience for her and the visit itself was less than 2 minutes long. I have been struggling with ear problems and sinus issues for the past 2 weeks. She walked in and asked what’s wrong and proceeded to check my ear. She said my ear was fine, but did not ask what medications I had been taking nor any of my symptoms. One of the best urgent cares in Lafayette, after going to them I have never gone to any other!!! They saved my life, bc of them, in 2021, I learned of a cancer diagnosis. They took time and extra steps. Thank you
