The receptionist and nurse setting up my appointment were professional, patient, and kind. The medical professional, however, said I should have come in sooner, since at 5 pm, she couldn’t refer me to another doctor. I went in seeking care, since I figured I would not have been able to get in to see my own doctor at 4:30 in the afternoon when I left work.
