They helped me when I was misdiagnosed at UHS emergency WILSON. I was weeks into suffering a incredible headache and had a red ring mark on the back of my leg. The absolute worst doctors office Ive ever been to in my life. Incredibly dysfunctional, nobody answers the phone and even if they do they are rude and unhelpful, most everyone is rude. There's a nurse named Mary who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There's a receptionist who has been there for years and idk how she still had a job. Wildly rude and unprofessional. This place is ridiculous. Office and intake staff refuse to listen when I tell them I am deaf and need them to look at me when they speak. Doctor has never given me a full work-up but filled out paperwork saying I have "no issues" with a medical condition that is ABsoluTELY causing me major problems. My primary doctor either moved or was fired, and not a single person here decided to let me know about that. So when I called to refill my prescription, I suddenly need an appointment with a new primary to approve a medication I've been on for a full year. I had five pills left and the earliest appointment they had was seven days out. I just called today to refill said prescription (because it's a controlled substance) and it took me 45 minutes to get somebody to pick up. They wiped the lines twice.
