15 mins grace period for your appointment you show up 1 minute later after driving an hour and the nurse claims doctor left already because its Friday as if friday mean screw the patients. Outstanding service🤢
Since I have changed my doctor, the front desk has been very rude. I have an excellent doctor, Dr Dorfner. He is a great advocate for his patients. I didn't have the same experience with Dr Bajaj. Right now I am waiting for a prior authorization and I know the front desk is not following up with him on the messages and they are playing games. Dr. Davis and Patel saw my children’s on our first visit and they were both super pleasant/kind. The professionalism was on point and they took their time during the visit to get to know my children’s! I am also super excited and looking forward to Dr.Davis visit for myself! She’s very kindhearted, sweet, friendly and caring! I felt so warmth welcome speaking with her and also my daughter as well. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend this location. Staff also were very friendly!!
