Beware! This office needs to learn how to treat everyone the same. Treat the Hispanic customers like to treat the black customers and your business will grow! This Dr. Office does not answer the phone! I only came back here because I was a customer last year. When I came in for my appointment I was not greeted by the staff in the office. I did see Dr Costa and she was very pleasant. I had the hardest time trying to get the staff to get my insurance info. Then when I get it. Left a message early in the morning, and as per request of the voice mail, left a message requesting a call back to set up an appointment. NO CALL BACK. At 2.30 PM I called them and explained the situation, only to be received with an attitude , telling me "well do you wanna set up an appointment now or not?" Not now, not ever again. What a way to lose customers. BBB rates this business F, from a scale that goes from A+ to F. No wonder.
