Saw Doctor Pelaez on 3/4. She was very nice, thorough, and honest with me as she discussed my options. She is confident in her services. The staff is also very nice and I enjoyed talking to them. I'm deciding on a direction to take but she will do the surgery if that's my decision. Update: Had surgery on 4/11 and it went well. I have been very happy with all parties involved in the process and felt that I was well taken care of from start to finish. I was referred to Dr. Lourdes-Pelaez by my primary care doctor, and when I saw her on a Tuesday for an exam, she immediately sent me to the ER, recognizing that I needed surgery right away. She didn’t hesitate for a second, which is amazing since I rarely experience that kind of urgency from doctors. I also love that she’s a female doctor, as I often find women physicians to be more compassionate than men. She’s truly the best, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, compassionate, and trustworthy doctor!
Wonderful experience with Dr Lourdes Pelaez. Before and after care was outstanding. Doctor and staff provided excellent care. If surgery is needed this is the surgeon you want.
