Where to begin?Ultrasound test was ordered by my doctor who is a Lourdes based physician. She asked if Lourdes Imaging was okay, and I agreed. I was asked to do online checkin to make things easier when I arrived. I did so. When I got there I was told that my portion of the contracted amount with my insurance was $450 due to me not having met my deductible. I paid approximately half and asked to be billed for the rest. Everyone here is absolutely amazing, taking the time to talk with you, make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. I was here for a PET/CT scan and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The tech (I feel terrible I’ve forgotten her name) explained every step and answered all my questions. Both techs are skilled, friendly and just all around wonderful, and it is apparent they’re in the healthcare field for the patients. My wife had a 9:30 MRI appointment, we arrived early. It’s 10:15 now and she hasn’t been called back yet. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional scheduling imho. Sitting around a hospital is one of the last things I want to do this day and age. ☹️ And this is for a visit we had to pre pay for. Not nice 👎🏾
