Really nice staff but they are NOTORIOUSLY slow. My neighbors warned me and they were right, unfortunately.
ALWAYS LATE - at least 15-30 minutes after appt. Time (and they tell you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appt. Time)
I was at Lourdes imaging Kaliste Saloom on April 18 2024 the person who did my imaging was Sharon. Sharon was someone I would like to interact with at all doctors office. She made me laugh, cry, and said words that I know were from God. I have a new friend.
I am a high risk patient. When I left my dr office last April I was told my MRI orders would be sent here and I would receive a call to schedule. (Never had issues before) I verified that the orders were indeed sent but no one ever called to schedule. I realize I have a certain responsibility as a patient but once I’m told what to expect I move on! Here it is March and my mammogram is now due with no drs orders since the MRI was “skipped” I asked for a supervisor/manager to call me back and still haven’t heard from anyone!
Staff was so friendly , the building was clean and had a spa like feeling. My 15 year old daughter was very nervous and so was I they made her very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
