I would not recommend this DME provider. I have tried many times to get a variety of DME for patient through this provider and with multiple faxes from MD offices with them only to tell me they did not receive them. I would recommend using another DME provider for your DME needs.
I want to express my most sincere gratitude and thankfulness for the incredible support and attentiveness that the Lourdes Health Support team, especially Roy, showed to my family while supporting my mother's oxygen needs. They were very prompt in delivery and support, but their compassion truly shined when it was time to transfer her service to North Carolina. This place is unbelievably horrible. Had a doctor's appointment on December 17th and they sent the prescription right over.Here it is, February 18th and still getting the run around. I needed my cpap supplies two months ago. I now see why they have such bad reviews. Every time I call, I get a different story. Use Lincare.
Called them after talking with the doctor's office (so the prescription hadn't quite made it to them) as my son was being discharged from the hospital. The person I talked with was very nice, courteous, helpful (and sounded like they were smiling). My son's nebulizer actually made it to our house a few minutes before my son got home from the hospital, so we never had to use the loaner one. After all the negative reviews that I had read, I was very pleasantly surprised!
Go anywhere else but there. I was with them for many years, and there customer service has no empathy towards the client. They will say anything to get your money. They should be a shame of themselves.
