What a great place! It is one of my very favorite places to eat in Cortez. The quality of food is awesome and always yummy. And the customer service is the best! Even when they are extremely busy (and they are often as it is so popular) you are treated special. Thank you!
We went on a Friday and waited 45+ minutes for our appetizers. We also only got 2/6 drinks. When we pointed it out, the owner told us in a very nasty tone that " you aren't the only ones here." No attempt was made for apologies or customer service recovery. Instead, all mishaps were blamed on our expectations, which the owner was quick to point out were unreasonable. " we are very busy." The South West Chicken Marsala was an amazing surprise! Nice kick from the chilis.
Great food and atmosphere, service and prices could be better.
This was a great dining experience... We are in town from Winfield Kansas so our friends wanted to take us out for a great meal... They were not wrong taking us to the Lounging Lizzard... The atmosphere is extremely welcoming in a beautifully decorated 1800's building... The Elk Shepherds Pie was to die for... the Pork Schnitzel was excellent... My wife had a green Chilie burger and was awesome with a homemade buttery bun... The couple that took us there also said the meatloaf was excellent... I highly recommend trying this ... read more
One of the best ribeye steaks that I have ever had!
Friendly staff, warm atmosphere and adequate breakfast choices. Everyone checked on us to see if they can do something extra.
We loved this place. Excellent food and excellent service. Thank you for a great time and for having the ((( SEAHAWKS ))) on for us.
