The guy running this place fails to respond to customers. Seen plenty of customers angry and upset that they couldnt collect their goods or still waiting months for their good collection.
I bought 5 dining chairs from here. Credit where it is due - the warehouse staff are super friendly and helpful when you collect. 4 of the chairs were assembled and 1 wasn’t. When I got home there weren’t any bolts in the packaging to put the unassembled one together. Messaged their warehouse, was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours - nothing. Emailed the clearance outlet (they operate on Facebook), he reads and ignores my messages. Email their customer service who says he’ll get back to me and doesn’t. In the end ... read more
Never open when they should be, called the head office and they're even unaware of why the shop is not open. No surprise they are now showing temporarily closed...
